Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for any online educational course, training program, or other digital learning product (each, a "Course") offered through academy.debexpert.com (the "Academy").
The Academy and its Courses are operated and sold by:

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Course, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Summary
You may request a full refund of a Course at any time before you first access that Course's content. Once you have accessed the Course materials, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Each Course is a digital product. The plain-language reason for this rule: once a Course's content has been opened, it has been delivered to you in full and cannot be returned.
1. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a 100% refund of a Course if you request it before you first access that Course's content.
"Accessing the Course content" means the first time you open, view, play, stream, or download any module, lesson, video, reading, worksheet, checklist, template, or other material of that Course after logging into your account.
Creating your account, logging in, or viewing the welcome or account pages does not by itself count as accessing the Course content. The refund window closes only when you first open actual Course material.
This means:
- If you buy a Course and change your mind before opening any lesson or material, you get a full refund — no questions asked, no time limit.
- This applies separately to each Course. If you have purchased more than one Course, accessing one Course does not affect your refund eligibility for another Course you have not yet accessed.
- Where a Course page describes a refund as being available "before the training starts," the training "starts," for refund purposes, at the moment you first access any of that Course's content.
2. When the Purchase Is Non-Refundable
Once you have first accessed any content of a Course (as defined in Section 1), that Course purchase is non-refundable, because the digital product has been delivered to you in full.
This includes situations where you later decide the Course is not what you expected, you no longer have time to complete it, or your circumstances change. Because all materials become available to you immediately and in full upon access, partial or pro-rated refunds are not offered once content has been accessed.
This Section does not limit any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (see Section 7).
3. Course-Specific Refund Terms
Most Courses follow the standard rule above. If a particular Course offers different refund terms — for example, a fixed money-back guarantee period — those terms will be clearly stated on that Course's page and at checkout, and they will apply to that Course in place of the standard rule. Course-specific terms will never be less favorable to you than your non-waivable rights under applicable law.
4. What Is Always Covered
Regardless of whether you have accessed the content, we will provide a full refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error.
- Failure of delivery — you did not receive access to the Course and we are unable to restore your access within a reasonable time after you contact us.
- Unauthorized transaction — the purchase was made without authorization (please also contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@academy.debexpert.com from the email address used at purchase, with:
- your name and the email address used at checkout;
- the name of the Course and your order or receipt number (from your Stripe payment confirmation), if available; and
- a short note that you are requesting a refund.
You do not need to give a reason to receive a refund under Section 1.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are glad to process eligible refunds directly and quickly, and contacting us first is the fastest way to resolve the matter.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different card or account.
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within five (5) business days. Once a refund is approved and issued, the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control that bank-side processing time.
When an eligible refund is issued, access to the corresponding Course is revoked.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or removes any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that apply to you and that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction. Where mandatory law provides you a greater right than this Policy, that law applies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Any changes apply to purchases made after the changes take effect and do not reduce the refund rights tied to a purchase you have already completed.
