These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to any online educational course, training program, or other digital learning product (each, a "Course," and together, the "Courses") offered through academy.debexpert.com (the "Site" or "Academy").

The Site and the Courses are operated and sold by:

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to DEBTECH, INC. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity purchasing or accessing a Course.

By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access a Course.

1. The Courses

The Academy offers self-paced, digital educational Courses. A Course may include video lessons, reading materials, checklists, worksheets, templates, planning tools, and similar resources. Where a Course states that updates are included, your access covers content updates released during your access period for that Course.

The specific contents, format, price, and access terms of each Course are described on its Course page or at checkout. Those Course-specific details apply in addition to these Terms. Each purchase grants access to the specific Course purchased; buying one Course does not grant access to any other Course.

All Courses are educational only. They are designed to help you understand a subject and decide how to proceed; they are not a substitute for professional advice or for meeting any legal or regulatory requirement.

2. What the Courses Are Not

To avoid any misunderstanding, you acknowledge and agree that the Courses:

Any community, forum, or Q&A space made available to participants is provided for educational discussion only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice and does not provide guaranteed access to any marketplace or third-party service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase a Course. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are buying the Course for lawful, educational purposes. Some Courses may be intended for a specific audience (for example, U.S.-based participants); where a Course page states such a scope, that scope applies to that Course.

4. Price, Payment, and Billing

The price of each Course is shown on its Course page and at checkout. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay; applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store or process your full card details; card information is handled directly by Stripe. We will not request, store, or process your full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial credentials outside of the Stripe checkout.

Unless a Course page expressly states that it is sold on a subscription or installment basis, each Course is a one-time purchase with no recurring or automatic charges. Where a Course is offered as a recurring plan, the billing frequency, amount, and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you purchase.

5. Delivery and Access

Courses are digital products delivered electronically. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive access instructions at the email address provided at checkout, typically including account login or registration details.

Access is granted to you personally (or, where purchased by an entity, to the single named user designated by that entity). Access is for the access period stated for that Course. We may, where reasonable, retire outdated materials and replace them with current versions.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to ensure delivery messages are not blocked or filtered. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after purchase, contact us at info@academy.debexpert.com and we will promptly resolve it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a full refund of a Course at any time before you first access that Course's content. Once you have accessed the Course materials, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where this is overridden by Course-specific refund terms shown at checkout. 7. License and Acceptable Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials of the purchased Course for your own educational purposes.

You agree not to:

All Course content — including text, video, worksheets, checklists, templates, graphics, and the underlying structure — is owned by DEBTECH, INC. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms, including by sharing access or infringing our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

The Courses are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any Course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations or business objectives. Subjects covered by the Courses, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements, change over time and vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for verifying current requirements with qualified professionals and relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEBTECH, INC. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to any Course or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a Course or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that Course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Contact and Dispute Resolution

We want you to be satisfied, and most issues are resolved quickly when you contact us directly. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at info@academy.debexpert.com so we can review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund under our Refund Policy. We typically respond to support and refund requests within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we will work in good faith to reach a resolution before pursuing other remedies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Changes apply to purchases made after the changes take effect; they do not retroactively reduce rights tied to a purchase you have already completed. Material changes will be posted on this page.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and any Course-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and DEBTECH, INC. regarding the Courses. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
